4/21/25—We wanted to share a quick but powerful tip that can help your business stand out online: create a Google Business Profile.
Why it matters: A Google Business Profile is one of the easiest (and free!) ways to:
Show up in Google Search and Maps.
Share your hours, website, and location.
Collect and respond to customer reviews.
Post updates, promotions, or photos of your work.
Whether someone’s searching on their phone or computer, having a profile makes it much easier to find and trust.

How to get started:
Click “Manage Now.”
Follow the steps to add your business name, category, and contact info.
Verify your business by mail, phone, or email (Google will guide you through this).
The whole process takes just a few minutes, and it can greatly impact how customers discover you.

If you’ve already created your page — awesome! Be sure to keep it updated with fresh photos, hours, and posts.
Need help setting it up? Just reply to this email or give us a call— we're happy to walk you through it.
Managing Your Page:
Be sure to keep your business page updated with fresh photos, hours, posts, and monitor reviews that customers are leaving.
Important: Be sure to respond to reviews and thank them for leaving positive feedback. It’s also important to respond to negative feedback in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
Google Reviews:
Need to increase your Google reviews? Reviews help gain the trust of potential customers, so the more positive reviews, the better your chance of standing out from the competition. To get more reviews, you can personally ask your satisfied customers to leave a review on your Google page. Or, you can share your Google page with them via email to make it easy for them to leave the review.

You can even take it a step further and include the link to your Google page in your email signature.
